Consultation & Quote

We’ll visit you for an in-home consultation to take measurements & discuss your renovation ideas and budget.

We then provide a comprehensive quotation so you know exactly what’s involved and how it lines up with your budget.

Approval, Designs & Selections

Some clients come to us with a crystal-clear vision, others are after a bit of inspiration.

Either way, once you’ve approved our quote, we’ll fine-tune your design, pick out materials, and plan the layout until we’ve landed on a renovation plan you’re truly happy with.

Contracts, Insurance and Start Date

Once design and materials selections are finalised we can book in a projected start date.

This is also when we organise contracts, QBCC home owners warranty insurance (if required) and set out the payment schedule for your renovation

Site preparation & Construction

Get ready to turn your vision into real life with demolition and rubbish removal being the first step.

We handle everything from relocation of services, trades, site preparation and all aspects of construction and fit off.

Completion & Hand Over

Completion and formal handover - this is the really rewarding part, where you get to see the fruits of our labour!

Once the build is complete we do a final clean and detail and answer any questions you may have regarding care and maintenance of your new space.
